Shipping
The majority of our products ship between 7-10 business days. Shipping times are calculated at checkout. Please note, as we are a marketplace model, shipping times may vary by vendor. Once you place your order you will also receive an email with tracking information.
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is valid only within the United States.
If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate the package, please reach out to hello@littleroomsupply.com with your order number and tracking number.
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please reach out to hello@littleroomsupply.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note, once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
Bundles are made up of product from different vendors. Since our vendors ship product directly, they may arrive in separate packages. Shipping times are calculated at checkout and may vary by vendor.
We offer samples in wallpapers and rugs. Samples are shoppable directly on the product page, but can also be ordered by emailing hello@littleroomsupply.com.
Items marked pre sale are not immediately available to ship. Lead times may vary by vendor so kindly refer to the estimated ship date.
We unfortunately do not offer gift cards or gift messages at this time. As orders often ship from different vendors we are unable to provide gift messages.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Please note, items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
All wallpaper is made-to-order and cannot be returned.
We charge a flat $9.95 return fee per shipment for all returns.
This excludes orders that arrive damaged or defective.
Email hello@littleroomsupply.com within 24 hours of your delivery with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. (This is important as without evidence we cannot offer a replacement or refund, and are unable to raise a claim with the courier)
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange. (Please note this excludes items that arrive damaged.)
All wallpaper is made-to-order and therefore final sale.
