Orders & Shipping
Shipping times vary by product. Please reference the tracking information sent to your email once it becomes available.
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only valid only within the United States.
Bundles are made up of product from different vendors. Since our vendors ship product directly, they can arrive in separate packages. Please reference your confirmation email for exact tracking information.
If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate the package, please reach out to hello@littleroomsupply.com with your order number and tracking number.
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please reach out to hello@littleroomsupply.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note, once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
returns & exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Please note, this excludes items marked FINAL SALE.
We charge a flat $9.95 return fee per shipment for all returns, regardless of the reason.
Email hello@littleroomsupply.com within 24 hours of your delivery with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. (This is important as without evidence we cannot offer a replacement or refund, and are unable to raise a claim with the courier)
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
